When we meditate, we’re not just “doing nothing.” We’re training our brains to move from the active Beta state into the more relaxed Alpha and Theta states. These are the states where intuition flourishes.
A Simple Intuition Meditation
- Find a quiet space and sit comfortably.
- Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.
- Focus on the space between your eyebrows (the Third Eye).
- Ask a simple question to your inner self.
- Don’t force an answer. Just listen to the first thing that arises.
Practice this daily, even for just five minutes, and you’ll find your connection to your intuition growing stronger every day.
