Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Honest Reading ("Honest Reading," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, digital content, and any tarot reading, rune casting, spiritual guidance, intuitive session, email reading, live session, downloadable material, or related offering made available through our website (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, booking a session, making a purchase, or otherwise interacting with Honest Reading, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase any Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You may not use the Services where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Nature of the Services

Honest Reading provides tarot readings, rune casting, spiritual guidance, intuitive insight, and related content for personal reflection, inspiration, and entertainment purposes only.

The Services are not medical care, mental health care, psychotherapy, counseling, legal advice, financial or investment advice, tax advice, or any other licensed professional service. Nothing on this website or in any reading should be understood as a diagnosis, treatment plan, guarantee, or substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

No Guarantees; Personal Responsibility

Tarot, rune casting, and spiritual guidance are interpretive practices. Results, impressions, and insights are subjective and may vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any reading, that any prediction will occur, that any recommendation will lead to a particular result, or that the Services will be suitable for your personal circumstances.

You are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions before, during, and after any reading. Any reliance you place on the Services is at your own risk.

Topics We Do Not Handle

You agree not to use the Services as a substitute for professional help in matters involving medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, tax, or financial issues.

Honest Reading does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, therapy or crisis counseling, legal representation or legal analysis, investment or securities advice, or emergency assistance.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or other urgent situation, contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional immediately.

Account Information and Booking Details

If you book a session, submit a form, or create an account, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information, including payment and contact details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity under your account or booking profile.

We may refuse service, cancel bookings, or suspend access if information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. By purchasing a Service, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount, including any taxes or fees required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing, session length, service descriptions, bundles, promotions, and availability at any time before purchase.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged as fraudulent, we may cancel the booking or suspend future access.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking through your booking management link when your booking is eligible to be changed.

If you cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time, the booking is full refund eligible. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time but before the session begins, the booking is eligible for a 50% refund. No-shows and cancellations after the scheduled start time are not refund eligible.

Refund processing is handled separately from the in-app cancellation status update. Once a reading has been delivered, started, emailed, recorded, downloaded, or otherwise made available to you, it is considered a completed digital service and is non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine that a technical failure prevented delivery.

If Honest Reading needs to cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency, scheduling issue, or technical problems, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment. Promotional offers, discounted sessions, gift cards, and gift purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

Communications and Consent

By contacting us, booking a session, or signing up through our website, you consent to receive service-related communications from us by email, text message, or other contact methods you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct and that our messages are not blocked by spam filters or other settings. Marketing emails may include an unsubscribe option where required by law.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, harass or threaten us, impersonate another person, submit false payment information, interfere with the website's operation or security, copy or exploit website content without permission, or use the Services to seek prohibited professional advice or emergency help.

We may terminate or refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or inappropriate conduct.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, text, logos, designs, session materials, layouts, downloadable resources, and original reading materials provided by Honest Reading are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use purchased materials only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Testimonials, Reviews, and User Submissions

If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, message, photo, or other content to Honest Reading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and adapt that content for business, promotional, and website purposes, unless prohibited by law.

You represent that you own or control the rights to anything you submit and that your submission does not violate any law or third-party rights. We may remove or decline to publish submissions at our discretion.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party tools and services, including payment processors, scheduling platforms, email platforms, video platforms, or external websites.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
